History Of Tantoku
Tokujiro Suzuki founded Tanbaya in 1869.
Along with the expansion of other businesses, Kawamoku HD Group and Kawamoku Group were established, and in October 1981 the company was re-established as Tantoku Co., Ltd. with a capital of 3 million yen. On October 28, 2016, the organization’s name was changed to Tantoku Co., Ltd. On November 28, 2016, the former Tantoku Co., Ltd., which was established prior on November 1, 2006, was merged to form the new Tantoku Co., Ltd. with a capital of 4 million yen. On August 28, 2019, the capital was increased to 10 million yen. On August 8, 2024, Tantoku Co., Ltd. absorbed and merged Issei Prestige Co., Ltd., and increased its capital to 20 million yen.
Today, as a holding company of the shares of the Kawamoku HD Group and related companies, Tantoku Co. Ltd engages in the wedding and restaurant businesses, as well as the sale and management of real estate. We have received high praise both domestically and internationally for the diversification of our business services.
With a view to further growth and diversification to guide the group through the next generation we are promoting further development of the Kawamoku HD Group.
